Ownership Lifecycle Management Pioneer to Complement SRS Portfolio

LAS VEGAS, NV. February 9th, 2010 Service Repair Solutions, Inc. (SRS) today announced the acquisition of Auto Point, Inc., the pioneer of Ownership Lifecycle Services to automotive retailers. Terms were not disclosed.

 

SRS will operate Auto Point as a wholly owned subsidiary. Auto PointԳ multi-channel communications platform will create new offerings focused on the dealership service department in conjunction with Mobile Productivity Inc. (MPi) industry leading EDGE technology. MPi is an industry leader delivering processes, metrics and software solutions which enable automotive dealerships to achieve World Classª results in their service departments.
